Jo-Ann Bobier District Supervisor Ontario East Jo-Ann Bobier is District Supervisor for Ontario East, covering Oakville to Ottawa. Jo-Ann joined SPAR in 2004 as a merchandising rep for the MGM program. In 2007 she joined the team as a full-time District Supervisor. In addition to her duties as a DS, Jo-Ann also provides support to the Business Development and Client Services teams. Jo-Ann spent her earlier career in the IT industry working for IBM in the mainframe Network area for 16 years. She then chose to stay at home with her two sons and for the next eight years spent much of her time as a fund raising volunteer. Through her creativity and imagination Jo-Ann has raised over $300,000 for her children’s schools. Back to top |

Jan Kozak District Supervisor, Alberta Jan Kozak has been with Spar since 2004. Her first assignment was with MGM/Spar as a dedicated MGM Representative. Jan transitioned to District Supervisor in 2006 and coordinates assignments across the challenging territory of Alberta. Jan worked as an Office Coordinator for several years before taking time away from office work to raise a family. While raising her family, Jan formed a contract business which she currently maintains along with the DS position with Spar. Jan enjoys the challenges that new assignments bring; whether it is hiring to fill new positions, field coordination or meeting new and interesting people. Back to top |

Lynne Picard District Supervisor, British Columbia and Yukon Lynne Picard joined Spar in 2008 and guides the BC and Yukon Field team. Lynne studied Marketing and Sales at both BCIT and Douglas College and has over 25 years of sales experience within the grocery, electronics and drug categories. Lynne transitioned to merchandising several years ago and is a valuable member of the Field management team. Lynne and her husband have three sons and live in the Vancouver area. Back to top |

Cathy Sherman District Supervisor, Ontario West Cathy Sherman has been with Spar Canada since March of 2008. She brings with her years of experience in Banking, Human Resources and management. As an entrepreneur, Cathy operated her own successful business for six years. She trains, supervises and encourages 50 reps for Spar Canada in the Ontario West Region. She has a heart for people and has completed several courses at McMaster University in social sciences. Cathy is Ontario Director of Celebrate Recovery Inside, an organization that offers faith-based help to prisoners committed to improving their lives by dealing with their addictions, hurts and obsessions. She has one daughter and son-in-law and is the proud "Glama" of two spirited grandsons. Cathy has been married to her husband Dan for 34 years and lives in Waterloo. Back to top |

Lisa West District Supervisor, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Northern Ontario Lisa has been with Spar since September of 2004 when she started as a dedicated MGM rep, moving into all phases of merchandising for all clients shortly thereafter. In February 2006 she became District Supervisor covering the territories of SK, MB and Northern Ontario. Lisa brings with her 15+ years background in Human Resources and Sales/Marketing which makes this job a perfect match with her experience. Lisa is based in Saskatoon with her spouse of 11 years and enjoys yoga, reading and fitness. She has two daughters and five grandchildren. Back to top |
